Upon completion, the site was valued at £3.9 million, representing a £1 million profit. But importantly, the strategy here was to create a build-to-rent site for income generation. At the time of writing, the site delivers a total annual gross income of £267,000, which enables us to provide a healthy annual return for our lender.
